Q. Are there any hidden fee?
A. NO! Once you have purchased the software and it's installed and tested by us, we do not interfere in your business. You'll hear from us only when updates are available.
Q. Do I need License to run a casino?
A. In most cases gambling license is require. We offer alternative via 3rd party company for monthly fee of $500 (or $5000 if paid annually). Contact us for more details. You can so incorporate you Gambling business in Costa Rica which doesn't require a gaming license.
Q. Database growth and dedicated server. Do I need Dedicated Server?

A. Until the database is "new" (few thousand games / transactions) there is no need for dedicated server. With the database growth you will have several choices.

  1. Limit the time frame for the payout coefficient calculation. This option is available in admin >settings.

  2. Move the site to dedicated server
It's impossible to cover all the questions you might have, so it'd be best if you contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
